16th ANNUAL D.I.C.E. AWARDS - Vencedores

Journey, o jogo da Thatgamecompany, foi o grade vencedor no D.I.C.E Awards 2013. Foi premiado pela Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences em oito categorias incluindo melhor jogo do ano.

Entre os candidatos a jogo do ano estavam The Walking Dead, Far Cry 3, Borderlands 2 e XCOM: Enemy Unknown, mas o belíssimo jogo da Thatgamecompany foi quem acabou por levar o prémio para casa.

The Walking Dead venceu em duas categorias, sendo eleito o melhor jogo descarregável e de aventura. Borderlands 2 foi considerado o melhor de ação e FIFA 13 o melhor jogo desportivo.

Eu entendo, mas definitivamente não faz sentido o Journey ganhar como melhor jogo, e não ganhar como melhor jogo "baixavel"

Provavelmente premiaram como melhor downloadable game pelo fato de ter sido o primeiro jogo lançado no formato episódico que deu certo. The Walking Dead é um jogo muito importante para a indústria nesse sentido.
