All Platforms
  • Rank 1-19 Unlocks - No access to unlocked weapon after ranking up and leaving mid-game
  • Players leave mid round after getting notification of their rank-up. In doing so, they don’t see their rewards in the UI, as it appears they’re still locked
  • If you are ranking up between ranks 1-19, items are unlocked upon your next rank up.
  • Status: Fix verified and coming in an upcoming server update (no need for client download).
  • Workaround: Once the server you were playing on finishes and heads to EoR, the weapon should unlock. If you join another map before EoR on another server, you may have to play until the NEXT rank to unlock the item. So for example, if you unlock the MP40 at rank 4, you would have to play to rank 5, then the backend system updates you unlock.
  • Rank 20 Unlocks - No access to unlocked weapon after ranking up and leaving mid-game
  • Players leave round mid-game to use their new shiny awesome rank 20 weapon. However, because they left mid round, it’s locked. Because there’s no rank 21, the backend can’t check on the next rank.
  • Status: We have pushed a fix to address the issue with Rank 20 rewards. If you are missing your rewards for Class Rank 20, please play a match to completion and the Rewards should drop into your Armory.

Battlefield V Known Issues

All Platforms

Armory
  • Soldier / Clothing bundles / sets are unclear as to what they contain
  • When viewing the contents of the Soldier bundles in the Armory, it is not clear that the bundle contains both the base Torso and Leg items, but also the Rare variants. Instead, the impression is given that the legs and torso are listed twice in error.
  • Status: Fix coming post-launch.
  • Blued Set of STEN unlocks grip part instead of hand guard part as stated in its description
  • Blued Set for Sten unlocks Muzzle Barrel Receiver Magazine and GR
    IP instead of handguard
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Assignments
  • The user remains stuck in the Assignments menu while the pre-round breaks and after the EOR or in the Server Info page
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Classes
  • Medic Self-Healing Representation
  • When self-healing as a Medic, and recently looting a fallen enemy’s ammo pouch, the self heal animation sometimes uses the incorrect pouch (ammo instead of health). Healing still occurs as it should though.
  • Status: Fix coming post-launch.
  • Issues with Medic Revival
  • Reports of inabilities to revive on server.
  • Status: Currently investigating a prioritized fix.

Combat Roles
  • Support - Engineer - Heavy Weapon Trait makes a support player have almost no overheat while using an AA gun
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Crashes
  • User hangs when hits "Assignments" or "server info" tab in bleeding out
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Deluxe Edition
  • The Deluxe Upgrade offer in-game does not provide an option to upgrade the title to the deluxe edition instead offers the full game
  • Status: Currently investigating.

Dog Tags & Emblems
  • Missing Alpha/Beta Dog Tags or Emblems
  • We’re working on making sure all players who should have these get them as soon as possible. We’ll be fixing this automatically as soon as we can, and we’re sorry for the delay.
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

General Gameplay
  • Conquest Catch-Up Mechanics
  • We’re listening! We’ve noticed that the comeback mechanics for losing teams have been too aggressive and put the winning team at an unfair advantage in close matches reaching the end of the round. Thus, we are balancing the mechanics and improving them to have no effect in these matches that are ending in close rounds, but only affecting the matches in which one team is being fully run over – as these are the ones we intended to make more interesting for both teams with the system. We are going to keep an eye on this and will adjust it further based on community feedback.
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Reinforcements
  • Reinforcement menu sticking
  • If you have the Reinforcement menu open when entering a vehicle, it may get stuck on your screen. While we’re working on this one, try to make sure you close the menu before spawning into a vehicle.
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Rewards
  • Missing pre-order or edition items
  • In-game rewards are available on PC from November 9, and on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One from November 15. Check our article to find out how and where to claim your items in-game. If you’re sure you’re missing something, try restarting the game and checking again. If it’s still not there, contact us for help.

Servers
  • "Missing Online Access"
  • Players are prompted with the "Missing Online Access" message at the main menu.
  • If the players don’t have any account infractions, this can often times be resolved by turning off DX12 in the video settings.
  • If that doesn’t work, they can still go ahead and contact support.
  • Status: Currently investigating.
  • The player doesn't get any EoR between rounds when the player joins a server outside of region
  • When the round ends, the best squad screen shows up but it is never followed by an EoR leaving the player in a black loading screen.

  • Players trying to join game in Dubai could end up on a server that would kick them with Error code 1
  • Status: Currently investigating.
  • Russian players receive error 2000 when trying to connect to BFV
  • Status: Currently investigating.

Stats
  • Multiplayer stats track in Single player
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

TTK (Time to Kill) / TTD (Time to Death)
  • Balancing
  • We are currently looking into further improvements to TTK and TTD.
  • Status: Currently investigating.

Unlocks
  • When you reach Max Rank you no longer earn Company Coin.
  • We have identified an issue where players that have reached max rank are no longer awarded Company Coins. Players can still earn them with Special Assignments and Daily Orders.
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.
  • Leaving a round after an unlock prompt before EOR and joining another servers means your unlock with not occur.
  • Status: Currently investigating. More details below per rank.

User Interface
  • Platoon tag is not visible in game chat
  • Platoon tag doesn't appear in game chat near User's name.
  • Status: Current investigating.

Vehicles
  • Spawning into Top Turret (Tanks)
  • When squad spawning into a tank, ending up in the top turret position, sometimes you'll end up with an incorrect representation of your weapon and arms (they don't follow your aim). Shooting still works fine, but visually it looks off.
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.
  • Planes - Bomber Issues - There are various issues with bombers that we are addressing in an upcoming update:
  • Re-supply positions are too close to the infantry combat area, they will be moved to the edge of the flight radius.
  • Re-supply time is instant when flying through the re-supply position, combined with the above players can make loops bombing the field. The Beta had a reload, but it was broken and we addressed it in feedback by eliminating it entirely. It was necessary to balance and we will fix it and reinstate the reload timer since simply flying to the re-supply point has proven inadequate to address the frequency issue.
  • Flak damage vs. bombers should be increased. Bombers have a reduced Flak damage, making them harder to take down due to them being bigger and easier targets. Unfortunately this reduction is simply too much, so we will increase the damage Flak does to the bomber classes. Feedback is clear that fighters are already plenty vulnerable to Flak, and no change is currently needed to those planes. Additionally we will fix some bugs with Flak that caused bombers flying directly away from a Flak to be invulnerable to the flak damage. Since this is a combined effect we are being careful not to over buff flak vs bombers, since they will take damage in a more consistent manner with the bug fix.
  • Restrict plane spawning in beginning of round to prevent an immediate bombing of the clumped up group of players in their scripted spawn.
  • Status: Fixes coming in an upcoming update.
  • Planes - Fighters Balance
  • Balance rockets, less tank damage, less AoE to require them to be the precision weapons we intended. We believe that bombs themselves are in a good spot, not needing any emergency fixes. We will monitor the situation and evaluate additional changes.
  • Status: Currently investigating.
  • Halftrack/Valentine that is towing an Pak40, 6PDR or Flak AA-gun spins in the air
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Weapons
  • Multiple balancing changes made to Panzerfaust
  • Panzerfaust will deal more damage to a tank than what an actual tank shell would
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.


PC

Company
  • Artifact flickering present on the faces of the soldiers
  • Issue occurs for both factions and also occurs in Front-End
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Crashes
  • Stuck in loading screen after EOR
  • Sometimes user can get stuck in endless loading screen after EOR.
  • Status: Currently investigating.
  • User encounters infinite loading screen when joining on Conquest on Arctic Fjord
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Customization
  • Cannot purchase the grifter skins and the rest of the aviator colors
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.


DirectX
  • Micro-Stuttering
  • If you’re running on Direct X 12 and seeing microstuttering in-game, go into the Video settings in-game and toggle Direct X 12 off. Ignore the pop-up, exit back to the options screen, then restart your game.
  • Microstuttering can also be down to a driver issue, whether it’s a driver conflict or the latest driver for your graphics card not working well with Battlefield V. If you’ve already tried a clean reinstall of your graphics drivers, you may just need to wait for a new driver to fix it.
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

DXR
  • Direct X Raytracing - The BFV 11-14-2018 Update which introduces first release of DXR ray tracing shipped with a couple of known bugs. We recommend in this first release of DXR ray tracing that “DXR Raytraced Reflections Quality” be set to “Low” for the best experience. We will continue to work with Nvidia to further enhance your ray tracing experience.
  • “Medium” DXR quality preset setting not applied correctly
  • May cause performance and quality in the “Medium” preset to vary depending on which preset you selected last
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.
  • DXR Performance degraded in maps which feature a lot of foliage
  • This particularly effects War Stories “Liberte” and “Tirailleur”
  • Status: Currently investigating
  • DXR is not automatically enabled for users who can use the tech
  • This is known. We've provided a brief guide on enabling which includes downloading latest BFV update, Windows update, and GPU drivers.
  • Status: Workaround provided here.

Joining Games
  • Clicking join server button in Advanced Search does nothing
  • Status: Happens intermittently. Currently investigating.

Maps
  • Players are sometimes falling under the map after revive
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.
  • Aerodrome - User's line of sight is completely blocked after building a sandbag fortification near the HMG located behind the third sector's hangar
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Modes
  • Bombs spawn underground on Grand Operation and Frontlines
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.
  • Grand Operations on Twisted Steel - The German attackers are using the RAF "C-47" instead of the Historical "Ju-52"

Ranks
  • User can't rank up Tiger I Tank from Rank 0 to Rank 1 with more than 500xp
  • Status: Current investigating.

Servers
  • Players are unable to start a new server via Quick Match
  • Status: Currently investigating.
  • The user fails to connect to a server with only one slot left on Grand Operation
  • Status: Currently investigating.
  • Players can get stuck in the spawn screen when MM into grand operations.

  • User gets stuck into an infinite loading screen while matchmaking on a server with 60 users

  • When matchmaking as a full squad some members get randomly kicked

  • Matchmaking sends the players back to a black screen and kicks them from the game and any squad

  • Reports of team balance being off at the start of the round

Video Options
  • Lighting is too bright in-game
  • Try switching off HDR in the video settings. Restart your game once you’ve done that and you should see a change in the lighting right away.

  • Video option changes not sticking in windowed mode
  • Any changes you make to graphics settings in windowed mode currently need a restart of the game to apply, despite what the on-screen message says.

War Stories
  • Binocular zoom has very high sensitivity
  • The mouse sensitivity is too high when zooming in with the binoculars
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Weapons
  • FG-42 Ironsights are misaligned when in ADS
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.
  • There is no animation when switching to panzerfaust
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Xbox One

Assignments
  • Fallschirmjäger
  • The Fallschirmjäger Special Assignment says Allied where it should say Axis.

  • Deluxe Edition Special Assignments
  • Some Deluxe Edition Special Assignments are showing as completed at end of round when only one part of them is really completed.
  • Status: Current investigating.
  • Criteria's 2 and 3 of the "Fallschirmjäger: Joining the Elite" assignments are not tracking progress
  • Status: Fix coming in an upcoming update.

Crashes
  • Game hanging on the main menu when you resume it
  • If you’ve left Battlefield V running on your Xbox One while it went into power saving mode, you’ll need to restart the game to play it.

  • Quitting Round causes player to be stuck in the frontend with no UI
  • Status: Currently investigating.
  • User is left in a black screen after any cinematic loading into single player content while online
  • Status: Currently investigating.

Deluxe Edition
  • Deluxe Edition Upgrade - Cannot Launch Game
  • Getting reports that players who own the BFV Standard Edition pre order on Xbox One store and then purchase the BFV Deluxe Upgrade SKU are getting the error "You are too early to play, wait a little longer to play the game.”
  • Status: Currently investigating.

EA Access
  • Error message sticking when you switch accounts
  • If you’re switching from an account that doesn’t have EA Access to one that does to play the Battlefield V trial, the “can’t play the trial” error message won’t go away. Quit out of the game, restart your Xbox One and make sure you log in on the gamertag that has EA Access before trying again.
  • Status: Resolution proposed above.
  • Your trial has ended error message (EA Access)
  • If you’re seeing this message and you own a copy of the game, you may need to uninstall the game and install it again. Before you do that, check that your edition of the game has launched.

  • EA Access PFT Error Downloading
  • Players are reporting an error when attempting to download the PFT on EA Access. The error reads "Download Error. Repair and Retry"

  • Backing out of Company progression will re-direct to BF1 Store

  • EA Access Trial - Losing time while only app remains open
  • We see people saying that on Xbox their trial time continues to count down if they have the ea access app still running (but have shut down the actual game)

Graphical
  • Extremely blocky/pixelated enemies, explosions and background

Servers
  • Matchmaking sends the players back to a black screen and kicks them from the game and any squad

VOiP
  • VOIP transmitting when you’re not speaking
  • This is definitely not intended, and we appreciate that it could be an annoyance. We’re working to fix input thresholds asap.

PlayStation 4

Aim Assist
  • Aim assist in vehicles
  • Aim assist isn’t working the way it should on vehicle weapons on PlayStation 4. Our engineers are working on recalibrating them.
  • Status: Current investigating.

Crashes
  • Hanging after an update
  • If your PlayStation 4 gets stuck at connecting when you’re applying a manifest update in Battlefield V, you may need to restart your system. We’re currently working on a fix for this.
  • Status: Current investigating.

Deluxe Edition
  • Asia Only - Deluxe edition post launch seems to only grant standard edition
  • Status: Currently investigating.
  • Asia Only - Enlister Offer not available to download for pre-order code accounts
  • Enlister offer is not available to download on accounts that have redeemed a pre-order code, reason given 'You do not own: Battlefield V Pre-Order'. This is when accessing the Enlister offer by searching it from PlayStation Store.

ATUALIZAÇÃO DE SERVIDOR 26/11/2018
An update went live today that addressed a few issues that we were able to resolve without pushing a client update. Worry not, we’re still working on an update to go live alongside the Battlefield V Tides of War Chapter 1: Overture Update on December 4th.

Here’s the list of changes that went live on the server side today:
  • Fixed an issue where weapons would stay locked even though the rank requirement had been achieved.
  • Fixed an issue which could result in players getting disconnected when attempting to join a server.
  • Daily assignments that have been completed previously can now be completed again if the player would get it again on a separate day.
  • Improvements to the team balance at the start of rounds. Teams should no longer have a larger uneven number of players.
  • Several stability improvements for the server.

Irei jogar hoje para ver se me ajudou em algo...

Joguei um pouco hoje (ainda estou me dedicando ao RDR2) mas concordo com os colegas que disseram que está "coloridinho". Realmente está bem mais saturado e não gostei disso. Realmente dá um ar um pouco "cartoon", um pouco Fortnite e isso não é nada bom. Acho que para o tema do jogo, um tom mais sombrio cai melhor.

Gostaria que fosse algo passível de correção via update mas não estou com muita esperança disso.

Eu não concordo, os mapas representam suas devidas localidades pré combates, uma representatividade da natureza impecável. Em uma variedade de localidades que vão desde perímetros urbanos até montanhas nevadas, campos floridos a uma área pantanosa.

A mudança climática durante as partidas muda drasticamente a ambientação e traz esse apelo sombrio que você diz, não são mapas de trincheira, fora que muitos reclamavam que no BF1 não dava para ver os oponentes direito, hehehehe é difícil atender todo mundo.

E aproveitando a postagem, o que achou da atualização @Cap Holandes?
Não deu tempo de testar rsrsrs, mas com essa beta do RED acho que o BF vai ficar só pra FNDS.

Tenho o mesmo problema.Já perdi as contas de quantas vezes deixei de atirar em um inimigo, porque a identificação do colega do pelotão que estava em outra bandeira à frente ficou em cima da cabeça do personagem inimigo.E ainda não encontrei nas opções se há como retirar isso, pois o que deu pra tirar eu já tirei, com exceção ao minimapa e ao placar.

Tenho o mesmo problema.Já perdi as contas de quantas vezes deixei de atirar em um inimigo, porque a identificação do colega do pelotão que estava em outra bandeira à frente ficou em cima da cabeça do personagem inimigo.E ainda não encontrei nas opções se há como retirar isso, pois o que deu pra tirar eu já tirei, com exceção ao minimapa e ao placar.
Acho que retirarem o spot de qualquer classe foi interessante pelo aumento da dificuldade, mas não me adaptei tão bem. Num avanço de bandeira, quem é que vai querer ficar de sniper spotando inimigo? Jogador de BF não aprendeu a ser assim...

Não sei... Eu nunca tive esta impressão em nenhum outro Battlefield (jogo desde o Bad Company 2). Talvez tenha sido o mapa que joguei (não me lembro o nome. Era um mapa urbano com aqueles canais para atravessar a nado). Vou jogar um pouco mais para confirmar ou extinguir esta impressão.

Está valendo a compra do BF5?

Detalhe: Não gostei do BF1 em relação ao BF4.
Depende. Se você, assim como eu, gosta das guerras modernas e sente falta dos helis, das silenciadas e das lunetas diferentonas, é possível que vá continuar na vontade mas só de não ter gente a cavalo na batalha já dá um alívio para quem não gosta das antigas.

Acho que retirarem o spot de qualquer classe foi interessante pelo aumento da dificuldade, mas não me adaptei tão bem. Num avanço de bandeira, quem é que vai querer ficar de sniper spotando inimigo? Jogador de BF não aprendeu a ser assim...
Eu era muito "X9"... Hahaha... Nunca me importei de perder kill para quem estava sapecando o inimigo junto comigo. O que eu quero é que o time ganhe. Espero me adaptar ao novo sistema.
